Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Rice Cake

1 1/2 cup rice flour
7 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp water (warm)

Recipe Directions for Steamed Rice Cake

  1. Combined rice flour, sugar and water to form the batter.

  2. Mix yeast and warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.

  3. Cook batter over low heat until thickened. Sitr continuously.

  4. Mix batter and yeast mixture. Let stand for 6hr or until bubbles forms.

  5. Steam over high heat for 25 minutes.
