4 cloves garlic
1 tbs ginger
8 scallions
1/2 lb small shrimp
1/2 lb ground chicken breast
1 large egg
1 cup shredded carrots
2 tbs sesame oil
4 tbs soy sauce, reduced sodium
3 tbs lime juice
