1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium red pepper

Recipe Directions for steamed mahi mahi with grilled bell peppers

  1. saute onions in olive oil

  2. add crushed garlic

  3. place fillets on top of onions

  4. cover, cook for 4 to 5 minutes

  5. turn fillets over and cook other side

  6. grill peppers on grill till charred
