2 cups chard
2 cups collard greens
1/2 cup dandelion greens

Recipe Directions for Steamed leafy greens

  1. chop all the raw greens into bite sized pieces

  2. place in steamer

  3. steam until the leaves are soft but the stalks are just slightly tender

  4. serve in a large bowl mixed with mashed pink un-potatoes
