Flounder and Veggies steamed in the oven in a foil packet.

Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Flounder and veggie foil packet

4 oz. flounder
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow onion

Recipe Directions for Steamed Flounder and veggie foil packet

  1. preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Combine all vegetables on top of a piece of foil.

  3. Place flounder filet on top.

  4. Season with olive oil, salt, lemon juice and Mrs. Dash's lemon pepper to taste.

  5. Seal foil at edges by crimping.

  6. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
