Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Chicken "stir fry"

1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. yellow bell pepper
1 med. red bell pepper
1 bunch broccoli
240 g mushrooms
4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Steamed Chicken "stir fry"

Chop veggies and put in Zip-Loc steam bag or steam over stove. Grill chicken breast and cut into strips. Combine ingredients.
