Recipe Ingredients for steamed chicken breast

250 g chicken breast
1 small tomato
4 cloves of garlic, diced finely
2 tbsp shallots, diced finely
1 medium onion, diced finely
4 green onion
20 g lime, grate skin
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger
10 g basil leaves
10 g chili
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for steamed chicken breast

  1. marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, lemon juice for 1 hr

  2. wrap chicken in aluminium foil with diced garlic, shallot, onion, green onion, lime zest, ginger, basil, chili and tomato

  3. steam for 1 hr until chicken is soft
