1 cup broccoli
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt

  1. Insert steamer in 2 quart pot

  2. Bring 1 cup water to boil

  3. add carrots and broccoli

  4. add spices and mix into vegetables

  5. cover at high heat until carrots are tender
