Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Carrot/Pumpkin

3/4 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tblsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup pumpkin, diced
1/2 cup okra, sliced
1/4 cup green sweet peppers, sliced
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
1 pinch salt
1/8 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Steamed Carrot/Pumpkin

Place empty pot on fire. Add pumpkin and carrot and cover pot. Cook for 1 minute, then add the onion and garlic. Cook covered for 1 minute then add the okra, seasonings and sweet pepper. Add salt to taste and cook covered for 5 mins or until pumpkin is tender. Add salt to taste.
