Steamed (microwave) Brussels Sprouts

Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Brussels Sprouts

1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, steamed
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Steamed Brussels Sprouts

  1. Wash, stem and quarter 1/2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts

  2. Toss in EVOO, Salt & Pepper

  3. Place in microwave-safe bowl

  4. Add 1 tbsp. water

  5. Cover tightly with plastic wrap

  6. Microwave for approx. 3 mins on high
