My Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower

Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower

1 stalk broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower

Cut floret off of broccoli and cauliflower and steam for 5 minutes or until done. Sprinkle lemon juice, flax seed and half of the salt and then cover with cheese in a lidded dish. Sprinkle with remaining salt and serve.
