Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Bay Rice

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Steamed Bay Rice

  1. Combine the water, rice, one whole clove and one bay leaf in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Reduce the heat and simmer until done. Remove the bay leaf and clove. Stir in the parsley and paprika to serve.
