Rachael Ray's steakburger recipe, with an extra .5 pound of beef added to make extra burgers for freezing ahead

Recipe Ingredients for Steakburgers

2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Steakburgers

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Form 6 patties. Coat the patties with a little olive oil or no stick spray.

  3. Cook in pre heated skillet over medium high heat, 5 minutes per side.
