Steak, Veggies, Red Potatoes, & Feta on a bed of baby mixed salad greens

Recipe Ingredients for Steak & Veggie Salad w/ Red Potatoes

2 oz mixed baby greens
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 cup cut green beans, frozen
1/2 cup red potatoes, roasted, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tbsp pine nuts
2 oz steak, cooked, sliced
1 tbsp Dressing, Balsamic Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Steak & Veggie Salad w/ Red Potatoes

  1. Thaw green beans in bowl of warm water

  2. Dice and Roast red potatoes in oven with a spritz of olive oil and desired spices until tender

  3. Cook steak till madiem rare (or desired doneness)

  4. Slice steak into thin, 1/4-1/2 inch scices, against the grain

  5. Assemble all ingredients on top of baby mixed greens.

  6. Enjoy
