steak and tomato main dish served or your choice of chips or mixed salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Steak & Tomatoes

1 lb round steak, cubed
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
3 oz italian salad dressing
5 oz salsa
12 cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Steak & Tomatoes

  1. Cook steak in olive oil and garlic over medium heat, until no longer pink. Cover while cooking to make meat tender. When meat is cooked, add dressing and salsa. Stir to mix, reduce heat to low and let simmer. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to mixture. Let cook for a minute but do not over cook or they will become 'mushy'.

  2. Server over bed of tortilla chips or mixed salad (your choice).
