Recipe Ingredients for Steak Stir Fry

8 serving Regular Soy Sauce
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 1/2 medium raw Carrots
1/2 onion Yellow Onion
36 slices Water Chestnuts
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
10 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

Recipe Directions for Steak Stir Fry

  1. Cook 8oz of chicken thoroughly and set aside

  2. Caramelize bell peppers and onions in olive oil and 4 T of soy sauce in a separate pan

  3. Add all the veggies and chicken then cook for 5-7min.

  4. Add remaining soy sauce and good additional 5mins

  5. Serve over Chow Mein Noodles or eat alone
