Recipe Ingredients for Steak Stir Fry

2 cups brown rice
12 oz steak
1 green pepper
1/2 sweet onion
2 carrots
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow peas
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for Steak Stir Fry

  1. cut steak into strips

  2. julianne green pepper, onions & carrots

  3. heat wok very well

  4. add oil & meat

  5. keep moving until you see no red

  6. remove meat from pan

  7. add peppers, onions & carrots

  8. stir fry till tender

  9. add bean sprouts snow peas

  10. stir fry till tender

  11. add cooked meat and sauce

  12. toss till combined

  13. serve over cooked brown rice
