Steak salad from leftover grilled steak is very tasty and you can basically add what ever you want or have on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Steak Salad

16 oz Beef
2 Medium Tomatoes
4 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
0.5 cup, diced Celery
8 cup, shredded Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled With Lemon Garlic and Oregano
1 oz Wonton Strips
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1/2 tsp Thyme, Fresh
0.5 oz Oregano

Recipe Directions for Steak Salad

Slice grilled steak thin. Cut up all the veggies and herbs then toss them together. Place the salad on four plates and top with wonton strips and feta cheese. Use the dressing of your choice. Dressing not included in calorie count of recipe.
