A delicious way to have steak in the summer.

Recipe Ingredients for Steak salad with arugula, avacado and sugar snaps

1 cup, chopped Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
2 cups Spinach
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
2 cup Arugula
10 oz raw T-Bone Steak
0.5 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 serving Organic Dressing

Recipe Directions for Steak salad with arugula, avacado and sugar snaps

  1. Mix Spinach, arugula, and avacado in a large bowl.

  2. Microwave sugar snap peas in plastic bag. Add to bowl

  3. Grill steak or cook under broiler to desired temp, cut into 1/2 inch slices and mix with salad ingredients.

  4. Mix in crumbled bleu cheese and oil and vinaigar dressing.

  5. Toss and serve.
