I am designing healthier meals to eat during my preparation for a bodybuilding conpetition.

Recipe Ingredients for Steak and Portabello

6 oz Sirloin
1 cup,+diced portabello mushroom
2 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Steak and Portabello

  1. Season steak as desired (I prefer Dash or any type of garlic seasoning) and grill to preference ( I prefer rare). Also put olive oil in pan and place over light heat.

  2. Place mushroom in pan.

  3. Sautee mushroom for about 5 minutes or to preferrence.

  4. Place steak on a plate and spread mushrooms over top of steak. Also drizzle my Sauce Option 1 recipe for added flavor.
