Recipe Ingredients for Steak and Pepper Quesadilla

1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 oz sirloin steak, cooked, into strips
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tortillas, whole wheat
1/2 cup grapes

Recipe Directions for Steak and Pepper Quesadilla

  1. Saute pepper and onion in olive oil for 6 min.

  2. Layer vegetables, steak and cheese on 1 tortilla.

  3. Top with other. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. Serve with grapes.
