Recipe Ingredients for Steak Omlet

0.7 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
1.5 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.048 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
20 9/10 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
0.5 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Steak Omlet

Stir Spinach, Tomato, Green Onions, and Steak in a pan with butter. Remove from pan and add Eggs (whisked with milk) to cook. When Eggs are firm, add previously cooked items. Sprinkle Goat Cheese and Flax Seed over the top for extra flavor.
