Recipe Ingredients for steak and mushroom florentine

10.75 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 1tsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
16 oz Beef
1 small Onions
6 cup Organics Baby Spinach

Recipe Directions for steak and mushroom florentine

  1. the steak should be about 1/4" thick

  2. slice into thin strips

  3. heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet and brown beef

  4. slice onions into thin strips

  5. remove beef from skillet and pour off fat

  6. heat other tsp oil in pan and brown onions.

  7. Add spinach and cook until wilted

  8. add soup, 1 cup of water and beef back to pan and bring to a boil
