Recipe Ingredients for Steak Kabob

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 lb sirloin steak
1 tbsp dried Sweet Basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
3 Zucchini
1 red bell Pepper
3 cups cremini mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Steak Kabob

  1. Cube the sirloin steak, coat steak cubes in EVOO and herbs. Cut zucchini and bell pepper into chunks.

  2. Skewer the steak cubes, zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Grill to desired temperature. Salt to taste.
