Recipe Ingredients for Steak Hash

10 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.25 large Onions
0.5 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice

Recipe Directions for Steak Hash

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked.

  2. Meanwhile, slice onion into rings, and cube steak.

  3. Fry strained potatoes with onions until potato starts to brown.

  4. Add steak, season with steak spice. Cook until desired wellness of the steak.
