Recipe Ingredients for Steak Fajitas

2 pounds sirloin steak
1 green bell pepper
1 small onion
14.24 grams minced garlic
4.75 grams worcestershire sauce
4.75 grams soy sauce
14.24 grams olive oil

Recipe Directions for Steak Fajitas

Cut steak into strips. Heat up olive oil. Put minced garlic in pan, cook until brown, add meat. toss and cook until brown. Cut onions and bell pepper into strips. Stir meat occasionally. Pre heat oven for tortillas. Add onions and peppers once meat is browned. Cook for another 20 minutes, or until peppers and onions are done tender crisp. Serve with guacamole, tomatoes, sour cream and pico.
