Low calorie alternative to Fajita's

Recipe Ingredients for Steak fajita Salad

1 lb flank steak
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sweet green pepper
1 red onion (cut into wedges)
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
6 cups lettuce

Recipe Directions for Steak fajita Salad

  1. Rinse steak and pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Mix lime juice, cumin and garlic. Put steak and marinade in a plastic bag and toss to coat the steak. Marinate 30 minutes.

  2. Cook steak whole in the olive oil until desired donness, transfer to a cutting board and let sit 5 minutes, slice thin.

  3. Lightly brown the green pepper and onion in the skillet while the steak is resting.

  4. Toss all ingredients except sour cream, add a dollup of sour cream to each serving.
