Recipe Ingredients for Steak & Egg cups

3 large eggs
3 large egg whites
2 oz muenster cheese
4 oz roast beef
1 tbl chopped garlic
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c half and half
2 c mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Steak & Egg cups

chop garlic, onion, mushrooms and cheese. Add chopped deli roast beef, eggs, and egg whites. Divide evenly in 10 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm and knife comes out clear.
