Recipe Ingredients for Steak with creamy vegetable sauce

28 oz Beef, Round, Eye Of Round
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 serving Ground Mustard Spice
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
3 tbsp All Purpose Sauce

Recipe Directions for Steak with creamy vegetable sauce

  1. Combine flour, 1/2 Tbsp mustard powder, 1.4 tsp salt, and pepper.

  2. Cut steak in thin strips and toss with the flour mixture.

  3. Brown in the 1 Tbsp oil. Place in slow cooker or covered dish.

  4. Top with carrots, green pepper, onion, 1 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Pour tomatoes over all.

  6. Cook in slow cooker or in the oven until steak is tender. About 2 hrs.

  7. Stir in the 3 TBSP Country Bob's all purpose sauce.
