Pretty tasty, though it could use a sweeter front end, maybe add some tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Steak Chili

2 lbs Beef Chuck Steak
1 cup Dried Red Beans
1 cup Dried Black Beans
3 Poblano Peppers
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar
5 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Steak Chili

  1. Wash beans, leave to soak while preparing everything.

  2. Cube beef steak in to small portions. About 1/4" cubes if possible.

  3. Toss everything except the Poblano Peppers in to the crock pot.

  4. Set crock pot on Low for 10 hours

  5. At about 7-8 hours in, char the Peppers on the gas stove.

  6. Combine peppers in to Chili.
