Roast Beef & Provolone Cheese sandwich

Recipe Ingredients for Steak & Cheese

112 grams Oven Roasted Choice Top Round
0.5 large Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
4 oz Provolone Cheese - 42% Lower Sodium
4 roll Hoagie Rolls
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Steak & Cheese

  1. Brown roast beef slices in large pan. Set aside

  2. Add olive oil to pan and saute mushrooms, onions and red peppers. Season.

  3. Mix in roast beef. Add cheese slices and heat until melted.
