broiled steak with a melted gouda cheese on the top. A side of steam white rice with corn and broiled asparagus and cherrie tomatoes with a sauce of white wine and parmesan cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for steak with cheese and asparagus

30 oz steak
4 oz gouda cheese
1 cups of white rice
4 oz of corn
1 lb of asparagus
1 cup of white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 oz of parmesan cheese
1 cup of tomatoes
1 cup of sliced eggplant

Recipe Directions for steak with cheese and asparagus

  1. You will season your steak with salt and black pepper and will put in the broiled until you get the desire doneness.

  2. when is almost done add the gouda cheese at the top of the steak so it can melt.

  3. For the asparagus drizzel the olive oil at the top of the asparagus and tomatoes.

  4. Then you will add the white wine and you will make sure to cover them all with it.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Put them in the broiler for about five minutes and once their done place them of the plate and sprinkle them with parmesan cheese.

  7. For the rice, you will put the rice on a pot with 5 cup of water put them in high temperature until the water starts to boil.

  8. Then add the corn.

  9. Once the water is boiling, and you add the corn cover the pot with a lid, reduce the temperature for simmering and let cook for about 25 minutes until soft and tender.
