Recipe Ingredients for Steak and Blue Cheese Pizza

2 cup, chopped Onions
8 oz Mushrooms
0.75 tsp Salt, Table
8 oz Beef
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
3 shell 2 Mini 8"
2 tbsp Mayo Light Mayonnaise Salad Dressing
1.5 tbsp Horseradish, Prepared

Recipe Directions for Steak and Blue Cheese Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium hight heat; coat with cooking spray. Add onion and mushrooms; coever and cook 3 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1/4 tsp salt; remove onion mixture from pan.

  3. Sprinkle steak with remaining salt and pepper. Add steak to pan; cook over medium high heat 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let steak stand 5 minutes; cut diagonally across grain into thin slices.

  4. Place crusts on a baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes. Remove cooked crusts from oven.

  5. Combine mayo and horseradish in a small bowl; spread each crust with 1/3 of mixture. Arrange onion mixture evenly over mayo mixture on each crust; bake for 2 minutes. Divide steak and cheese evenly among crusts; bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut each pizza in half.
