1 tbls balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
1 oz butter

  1. Melt butter

  2. Cook steak

  3. Pull off steak and add shallots to pan.

  4. carmelize shallots

  5. pull off shallots

  6. deglaze pan with wine

  7. add balsamic vinegar and cook down until sticky
