Steak au poivre with saute potatoes and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Steak au poivre with sauted potatoes and mushrooms

397 grams Potatoes, Boiled
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Rosemary, Dried
16 oz Beef
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
1 small Onions
14 oz Mushrooms
1 Cube Stock Cubes
2 tsp Peppercorns
7 oz Broccoli
40 grams Fromage Frais
1 oz Creamy Cheese Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Steak au poivre with sauted potatoes and mushrooms

  1. boil potatoes for 10-12 minutes, then drain

  2. heat large frying pan sprayed with fry light and stir fry potatoes over high heat for 4-5 minutes ading rosemary for last 30 seconds. Remove from pan and keep warm

  3. Season steaks, add to pan in single layer over high heat for 3-4 minutes each side. place on warm plate, cover to kee warm.

  4. Wipe pan with kitchen roll and spray with fry light, Stir fry garlic, onion and mushrooms over high heat for 4-5 minutes and add stock and peppercorns. searson and cook for further 4 -4 5 minutes or till mushrooms are tender. Meanwhile steam brocolli

  5. Remove mushrooms from heat and stil in fromage frais, soft cheese and parsley.

  6. Serve
