How can I stay on track with my eating?

I am the one who everybody goes to when they need help! I end up eating on the run, which I know is bad, but I work full time and I help my dad, my brother and my own Houshold of my husband and me. AHGH!!!!! Help! Give me something I can do to keep my focus and not do what is just eeasier.


"Staying on track" can take many forms.  It can mean logging your foods, sitting down to dinner, carrying your lunch, going to yoga, etc.  But, in every case, you have to carve out time to do it.  Keep your goals small and achievable.  Read about how to find time for yourself from the Guide to Stress at  With the others, find a way to reduce your workload.   Look for solutions outside of the box, and do not put yourself last!  You need support too, and so lean on the Calorie Count forums because they are always there and their advice is sound.  Diet-wise, you will feel better if you eat simply from all of the food groups, 3 to 6 times a day, and stay well-hydrated.
