1 serving GNC Lean Shake Strawberry
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.6 cup, thawed Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Stawberry Smoothie

  1. Add 2 TB Non-fat yogurt to blender.

  2. Add 8 oz milk.

  3. Add strawberries.

  4. Add two scoops powder.

  5. Add desired amount of ice.
