1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
8 oz Granny Smith Apples
8 oz Granny Smith Apples
1 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for start the day off right smoothie

first dice up apples then place in blender, chop up spinach and then place in blender, empty out yogurt into blender, slice bananas and place into blender as well, next place desired amount of whey protein powder in the blender also. add water last to maintain consistancey and to aid the blending process
