2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
7 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3 tablespoons skim milk
1 large egg
1/2 c. walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch ginger
1 pinch ground cloves

Recipe Directions for Starbucks Pumpkin Scones

  1. Make as with regular "Healthy Scones" and then glaze... or just eggwash and sprinkle w/ spiced sugar before baking :)

  2. 425*F oven, 12-15 minutes
