Mashed potatoes with swiss chard, kale or spinach.

Recipe Ingredients for stamppot

6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
11 oz Chard, Swiss
6 oz Bacon Lower Sodium
25 grams Blue Menu Celeb Margarine Calorie Reduced

Recipe Directions for stamppot

Peel, cube and put potatoes in large pot. Lay swisss chard on top and cook together until potatoes are done and almost all of the liquid is gone. Meanwhile cut the bacon into small pieces and cook untill medium crisp. Mash potatoes and chard together. Stir in the bacon. You can add nutmeh and margerine to taste. Serve with cooked smoked pork sausage.
