I used wrong recipe. Anyway, the result comes out good. Actually have to used low fat cream cheese instead of whipping cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Staffed Mushrooms

24 large mushrooms, capped
1/2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked & drained
8 oz. whipping cream
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup diced green onion
100 g bacon bit
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Staffed Mushrooms

Remove stems from mushrooms. Set mushrooms aside. Dice stems and saute with green onion and garlic until tender. Add bacon bits and spinach to softened cream cheese. Fold in sauted onion mixture. Spoon heaping spoonful into each mushroom. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
