Recipe Ingredients for Stacy's Stuffed Bell Peppers

1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 pepper Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded
0.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Stacy's Stuffed Bell Peppers

Brown beef and onions, drain and rinse, add remaining ingred. except for the cheese. let simmer till rice is done. Boil water, cut peppers in half and place in boiling water for 3 min. remove from water and salt. Stuff peppers with meat and rice and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
