Recipe Ingredients for Stacy's Raabs

6 cups chopped broccoli raab
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Stacy's Raabs

  1. If plants appear tender, sautee 10-15 minutes until done.

  2. Otherwise, Boil raabs for 3 minutes.

  3. Sautee in oil until done.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. A few squirts of lemon juice may be added, if desired.
