Recipe Ingredients for Stacy's pumpkin bread

1.66 cup Sugars, Granulated
16 oz Pumpkin
5.33 oz Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
0.12 grams Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Stacy's pumpkin bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans 81/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2

  3. Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil vanilla nd eggs in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pans

  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center coumes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans on wire rack. Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans and place top side up on wire rack to cool completely
