Very yummy, low fat chili. Great to cook the day before. Add carrots and other veggies if desired

Recipe Ingredients for Stacys Chicken Chili

32 oz raw Ground Breast of Chicken
1 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
4 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added
1.5 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
210 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
4 clove Garlic
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup Chili Mix
1/4 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Stacys Chicken Chili

  1. On medium low stovetop, Heat olive oil in large pan or dutch oven.

  2. Add chopped onion and choped garlic, heat until onion is transparent

  3. Add ground chicken breast and brown

  4. Add seasonings

  5. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste

  6. Drain black beans and corn and add.

  7. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
