Recipe Ingredients for Stacked Enchilada Bake

12 corn tortillas, shredded into pieces
4 cups chili beans, 2 cans
2 cups enchilada sauce , 1 can
5 oz fat free shredded cheddar, 1 1/4 cup
3 green onions

Recipe Directions for Stacked Enchilada Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease 2-quart casserole dish.

  3. Arrange half of the tortillas at bottom of dish.

  4. Top with one can of beans.

  5. Repeat layers.

  6. Pour Enchilada sauce over the top.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese and onions.

  8. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until bubble around the edges.
