12 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed
4 oz low fat cheddar cheese
244 grams (3/4 cup) green chili enchilada sauce
4 corn tortillas
1 1/4 cups 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

  1. layer each ingredient starting with tortilla in a round glass oven safe baking dish

  2. bake at 350 until bubbling about 20 minutes
