Recipe Ingredients for Stacey's Garbanzo/Couscous

2 c. garbanzo beans
12 c. spinach
2 tbs. of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
3 T. white wine vinegar
2 1/2 c. couscous
1/2 Bell Pepper
2 c. green beans
1 squash
3/4 c. Green Onion
1 tbs. pine nuts
1 tomato

Recipe Directions for Stacey's Garbanzo/Couscous

  1. Sautee Spinach with Olive oil, Garlic and pinenuts

  2. Heat Garbanzo beans with white wine, green onion and red bell pepper

  3. Cook couscous according to directions on the box

  4. Mix together
