The most yummiest (and healthy too!) green oats you'll ever taste!

Recipe Ingredients for st pattys day oats

1/4 cup steel cut oats
25 g pistachio pudding
2 T flaked coconut
2 T Pecans chopped
1/4 c fat free cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for st pattys day oats

  1. The night before eating, bring milk to a boil. Add in the steel cut oats while stirring and let simmer for 2 minutes. Cover pan and refridgerate overnight.

  2. Next morning, heat oats on low while stirring occasionally for 12-15 minutes. Add in quarter package (or 25g) of instant pudding pistachio mix and make sure it's mixed in well. Gradually stir in 1/4c cottage cheese, 2 T flaked coconut, and 2 T chopped pecans.

  3. Enjoy!

  4. (PS. Feel free to add other stuff to make your oats delicious. Some suggestions include banana, marshmallows, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, variety of nuts, etc. The combinations are endless!)
