3 serving Flax Oil
6 tsp Sugar Light Brown
4 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz Distilled White Vinegar
2 tsp Mustard Seed, Yellow
1 tsp Celery Seed
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for St. Luis slaw

chop the cabbage and onion. Bring all other ingredients to boil and pour over the cabbage mix. refrigerate.
